First time ordering. No a/c. Repair said my filter and gave me a 1" one and on 6-25-21 i ordered two 5" filters for my Lennox system. Took 16 days to get delivered on 7-11-21. On 7-6-21 emailed for update; no response; 7-7-21 emailed again for status ; their email "I am sorry for the long delay. We have been moving and then there was the holidays. We have been moving our offices and in the process some orders did not upload. However, we have manually sent your order to the warehouse for shipping ASAP. " Holidays was the 4th of July, not Christmas! They told me I could cancel the order! Told them, I needed asap. They couldn't give date. Advised should be some compensation. They told me giving 5% off. Not sure if did or not. Not sure I'll be using this company again. No phone for them. Online-all email. Know these are "after market filters" & they are poorly made. Some of the cardboard in the filter all bent out of shape. Nothing like the original Lennox filters.
