The information you provide on this form is kept strictly confidential and is used for processing your order only. The information is used internally only and will not be sold or in any manner shared with any other person, company or business. Shipping: For your convenience, we ship UPS "no signature required". By default, you give us permission to ship your order in this manner, If you prefer to sign for the delivery, you must write so in the Comment Section of the order form, or email us at info@oxyfilters.com. the same day you place your order. Cancellations: If for some reason you decide you want to cancel your order, you must cancel your order the same day you place your order to avoid a processing fee. Orders canceled after the date the order is placed will incur a processing fee of 10% of the order amount. Phone-in Orders: When you place an order by phone a confirmation will be sent by email. You must check the confirmation immediately to assure that you ordered the correct model and size filter. We are not responsible for wrong size filters on orders that are placed by phone. If the size is wrong, or you do not get a confirmation, you must contact us before the order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after the order is shipped. However, the merchandise can be returned under our 30 Day Return Policy. 30 day Return Policy: If you return a product, shipping pre-paid, within 30 days, or a product is returned to us because UPS could not effect delivery, due to an error on your part or for any other reason, we will be happy to give you a refund, for the full amount of the order, excluding our shipping costs as posted on www.ups.com, retail location. Many of our products are up-grades to that of the original manufacturer, in that these after-market products have higher efficiency ratings. The aforementioned terms and conditions apply to these products as well, should you decide to return the product because it is not OEM. If we send you a filter that we confirm (by measuring) is too big to fit your housing, or is more than one quarter inch smaller than the dimensions shown on our site, we will cover all shipping, including the cost to return the product to us. You must email us for instructions on how to return merchandise. You do not need an RMA number, however you are required to email the tracking number of returned merchandise. When returning merchandise, we strongly recommend that you use UPS as they automatically insure the shipment against damages for up to $100. We cannot issue a credit on products that arrive damage, unusable and cannot be re-stocked. Please, scroll down for our policy on custom-size filters. Refunds are processed as expeditiously as possible, usually in less than a week after the merchandise arrives at our warehouse. However, please note, this one week period may not always be possible, such as, when the credit card processing servers go down, our own servers go down, during periods of high volume in business, during vacation and holidays. At times like this we ask that you allow 30 days for the processing of refunds. Custom Size Filters: Custom size air filters are built to your exact specifications. As a result, these filters may not be returned for refund or credit. However, our aluminum framed, one inch deep filters may be returned (shipping prepaid) for a 50% credit of the purchased price. This credit can only be used towards another purchase. All custom size air filters are built to tolerances of + or - 1/8". After 30 Days: It will be solely upon our discretion whether we will take back merchandise after 30 days. If we agree to take the merchandise back, a 15% re-stocking charge will be deducted from your refund. In addition, our original shipping costs as posted on www.ups.com, retail location, will also be deducted. When returning a product, we strongly recommend that you use UPS as they automatically insure the shipment against damages for up to $100. We cannot issue a credit on products that arrive damage, unusable and cannot be re-stocked. Credit Card Chargeback: Should you decide to do a chargeback for whatever reason, you agree to notify us by email at info@oxyfilters.com, at least one day prior to notifying your bank, in order to give us an opportunity to credit back your account. Should you fail to give us the one day notification, you grant us the right to charge your account a twenty dollar processing fee.
